This is a simple article discussing the various elements of a construction cost-plan to attempt to articulate the best practice for construction cost-plans.
The Client Supply package page is simply one page of around thirty pages that lay out, item by item, the works involved in a construction project.
The Client Supply page for a construction cost plan is simply the page that lists out all of the products that the Client will supply e.g. washing machines and light fittings.

The Client Supply costs can be found easily by contacting all of the businesses that will supply the items and collating them.
These businesses specialise in supplying these items so you can get a fixed price from them for the works.
You may be better off getting your builder to supply the items as it means they will be responsible for the ordering, delivery and installation of all the items with zero involvement or risk on your behalf.
