At Stravelles, as construction cost managers, we measure costs along the complete project timeline from concept to completion.
We start off every construction project by working with the Client and their Design team to prepare a maximum budget cost for the project.
Then as the design develops we also develop our cost estimates into detailed cost plans monitoring the developing costs against the original agreed budget.
Eventually, once the Client is happy with the final design and cost we prepare all of the tender documentation and obtain tender prices from various contractors.
Once a winning contractor has been selected we control the costs all through the post contract construction phase right through to completion.
This means the Client has overall cost certainty every step of the way.
